SHIPPING DEADLINE

TRANSACTION FEES

All orders shipped in less than full case quantities will have a $3 processing fee added. Orders processed online will incur a 2% convenience fee. 

SHIPPING FEE

All orders under $300 will be charged a $15 shipping fee.

COLD PACK SERVICE

Cold pack shipping is available upon request for heat-sensitive products for a fee of $10 per insulated shipping box. Each cold pack shipment includes an insulated box liner and a 24oz cold pack. Please note that the insulated liners are designed for 1-day shipping only. We cannot guarantee products will arrive in acceptable condition on anything beyond a 1-day ship.

PAST DUE BALANCE

If any invoiced amount is not received when it is due, the amount will accrue a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance every 30 days, or the maximum rate permitted by the law.

PRODUCT EXPIRATION

If you receive a product approaching expiration we will issue a credit on a case by case basis, based on the actual product and expiration date. Click here to submit a support request within 72 hours of receiving the order.

DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING PRODUCT

In the rare occurrence you receive product that was damaged or missing in transit, click here to submit a support request within 72 hours of receiving the order. Proof of delivery must be noted for damages and shortages. Credits will NOT be given for any damaged or missing products after 72 hours of receiving the order.

FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGES

In the event of receiving damaged products via freight delivery, it is imperative that you notate the Proof of Delivery as such and click here to submit a support request within 72 hours of receiving the order. Should the damages be reported after 72 hours of delivery and/or without proper notations, credits will not be honored as this is the specific policy of the freight company’s, not of SportLife.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES

All residential deliveries will incur a $5 fee.

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Any orders that are refused or undeliverable will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus any shipping charges.
