OUR MISSION
The inception of Sportlife Distribution came out of a necessity to better serve and support the retail brick-and-mortar space within the United States.

HOW WE BEGAN
After 15 years of experience working for top-performing brands in the industry, Michael Rossman saw a need for a change in distribution with a focus on brick-and-mortar rather than 3PL, international, and e-commerce stores. In 2015, he opened SportLife Distribution.

WHERE WE ARE NOW
With 4 distribution centers, SportLife Distribution currently services retail stores in all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Our increase recent in distribution centers gives us the ability to now offer 1-2 day shipping to a majority of accounts throughout the country.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every one of our valued customers. It’s been quite a journey from when we opened our doors eight years ago as SportLife Distribution. With just a small 5000 square foot warehouse, one warehouse employee and two salesmen, myself included, we didn’t know what to expect or if we would even make it. Every year since, we’ve experienced tremendous growth and none of this would be possible without each of you, our amazing retailers. We owe you all endless gratitude and we cannot thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to serve you and be a part of your business experience.

Place Your Order

SHIPPING DEADLINE

Orders placed by 3pm local time will be shipped out the same day.

WAREHOUSE OPERATING HOURS

9am-5pm Local Time

TRANSACTION FEES

All COD orders will incur an $18 COD collection fee. All credit card transactions will incur a 2.99% line item fee.

ACH/CASH DISCOUNT

Customers who pay via ACH will avoid any transaction fees related to COD and/or credit card.

SHIPPING FEE

All orders less than a full case quantity per product incur a $3 processing fee. All orders under $250 will be charged a $15 shipping fee.

COLD PACK SERVICE

Cold packs are available upon request for a $5 flat-rate fee for every 24 units of product. If you opt for no cold pack service, there will be no credits for heat-damaged products.

OVERDUE BALANCE

If any invoiced amount is not received when it is due, the amount will accrue a late fee of 3% of the outstanding balance every 30 days, or the maximum rate permitted by the law.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the rare occurrence you receive product that was damaged in transit, please call your sales associate so that we can replace any damaged items. Please provide photos of the damaged product and be sure to make the delivery company aware.

MISPICK/SHORTS

If there is an error when you receive your order, please email [email protected] within 24 hours so that we can correct it immediately.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Any order returned as undeliverable will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus any shipping charges.

PRICES

All prices subject to change.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If a customer returns a product, please contact your sales associate to arrange a credit. All returns must have the following:

  • Invoice number
  • Product description / quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of all returned products

*Call tag orders must be returned within 2 weeks to receive a credit
