PLEASE NOTE: Order discrepancies must be submitted WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving the order. Proof of delivery MUST be noted for damaged and missing product. Click here to view all of our policies.

For Damaged Product: Must include photos of the original shipping cartons, packaging (inner and outer), damage to packaging if any, and damage to the contents. If such documentation is not provided to the satisfaction of FedEx or UPS, the associated damage claim(s) will be denied. Click here to see an example of photos required.
