The inception of Sportlife Distribution came out of a necessity to better serve and support the retail brick-and-mortar space within the United States.
HOW WE BEGAN
After 15 years of experience working for top-performing brands in the industry, Michael Rossman saw a need for a change in distribution with a focus on brick-and-mortar rather than 3PL, international, and e-commerce stores. In 2015, he opened SportLife Distribution.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every one of our valued customers. It’s been quite a journey from when we opened our doors eight years ago as SportLife Distribution. With just a small 5000 square foot warehouse, one warehouse employee and two salesmen, myself included, we didn’t know what to expect or if we would even make it. Every year since, we’ve experienced tremendous growth and none of this would be possible without each of you, our amazing retailers. We owe you all endless gratitude and we cannot thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to serve you and be a part of your business experience.

Our Procedures and Policies
Orders placed by 2pm local time will be shipped out the same day. Orders can be placed online 24/7: https://sportlifedistribution.com/my-account/
All COD orders will incur an $18 COD collection fee. All orders shipped in less than full case quantities will have a $3 processing fee added. Orders processed online will incur a 2% convenience fee.
All orders under $250 will be charged a $15 shipping fee.
Cold packs are available upon request for a $5 flat-rate fee for every 24 units of product. Credits will not be given for melted or heat-damaged product regardless of whether cold packs are used or not. Please order heat-sensitive product at your own risk.
If any invoiced amount is not received when it is due, the amount will accrue a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance every 30 days, or the maximum rate permitted by the law.
If you receive a product approaching expiration we will issue a credit on a case by case basis, based on the actual product and expiration date. Contact [email protected] with product information including but not limited to: photos, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
In the rare occurrence you receive product that was damaged or missing in transit, contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the order. Credits will NOT be given for any damaged or missing products after 72 hours of receiving the order. Proof of delivery must be noted for damages and shortages. Please include order number and photos of the damaged product.
In the event of receiving damaged products via freight delivery, it is imperative that you notate the Proof of Delivery as such. Failure to do so will prevent the ability to receive credit on a case by case basis. As a reminder, all order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt with proper notation on proof of delivery. Should the damages be reported after 72 hours of delivery and without proper notations, credits will not be honored as this is the specific policy of the freight company’s, not of SportLife.
All customers have the option of requesting inside delivery on freight shipments. Please request this directly with your sales representative at the time of ordering or add request to notes section at checkout on website ordering portal. All inside delivery requests will incur a $75 fee.
All freight shipments that are to be delivered to a residential address will incur a $100 residential delivery fee.
Any order returned as undeliverable will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus any shipping charges.

If a consumer returns a product, please contact [email protected] to arrange a credit. All returns must have the following:
- Invoice number
- Product description / quantity
- Reason for return
- Photo of all returned products
*Call tag orders must be returned within 2 weeks to receive a credit
